Orange jelly

Weather changing to warm spring here and to it match up here is Orange Jelly.

Here is the orange jelly recipe inspired by Jamie Oliver

Orange juice or squash 200 ml
Gelatine leaf 1
half teaspoon sugar
One drop of fresh ginger (squeeze it with finger)

Put the gelatine leaf in cold water till it gets soft.
Mix all the other ingredients together and warm it .
Then add the softened gelatine leaf and mix thoroughly with spoon on the orange mixture till it dissolves.
Thats it ... put it a mould and let it get chill .


Before serving whip some double cream and put it on the jelly and sprinkle chocolate   .

New product – Cufflinks

Writing blog after a long gap, 2012 was amazing -  travelled India, busy with my work and family that I ignored blogging altogether.
Here I am back with a new my shop and adding a new item  in it.
This item would make a great gift for men. A set of these would make any groomsmen happy!

After the wet  weather over the last few weeks, it is a pleasant surprise to see the ground drying out nicely under a very warm sun! 
We need a ray of light to go out and it was a glorious day .
So had our first picnic for this year...

Now I feel like you appreciate when it is rare...so when sun is out we will be out as well...

Grass is green everywhere

This year spring has not only brought colourful flowers but also rain and it has been pouring continuously for the whole week .Our garden is thriving in all his might and with young kids around it is bit handful to keep them and myself engaged indoors.

After a good brainstorm with my four year old we decided to make an english cottage with lots of sunshine and 'no rain' ..
So started off with collecting some postal card boards,cupcake cases,napkin ring,paint brush and paints.
As the day progressed we started building our 3D model and more than my daughter I was excited and unconsciously tried many times to intervene to  take over but I have been bluntly stopped to do it.

After a week long of hardwork and sweat, bearing in mind that paint had to dry before we work on it so it took long than usual our model is all ready for show off..

At my business end , it was dogs business trust me I mean it .For the past few weeks I have been making dogs illustration on request by clients .Here are few..
